Preparation method and application of oleylamine modified FeCoNiCu nanoparticles
OFILL  jointly developed nano-lubricant patent has been granted an invention patent in Luxembourg.

The technology of "Preparation Method and Application of Oil-Amine Modified FeCoNiCu Nanoparticles" has been officially granted a Luxembourg invention patent (patent number: LU604700), marking another international intellectual property recognition of ofill R&D strength in the core technology of high-end lubricant additives. To put it simply, the use of this technology is as follows: adding nanoscale metal particles to lubricating oil can significantly improve the oil's ability to "reduce friction and resist wear," which is a core technology direction in high-end lubricant formulations. However, in the past, these nanoparticles have faced a problem—they tend to clump together and cannot be mixed with base oils, and the production process is complex, making large-scale stable production difficult.

The resulting nanoparticles are uniform in composition and well-dispersed, preventing clumping and sedimentation when added to synthetic ester base oils. Long-term on-machine testing has verified their ability to genuinely improve the friction-reducing and anti-wear performance of lubricants. Furthermore, the entire process is clearly defined and controllable, meeting the requirements for industrial-scale mass production.
The implementation of this international patent will provide robust technical support for the subsequent formulation upgrades of high-end lubricating greases, enabling ofill to offer customers more powerful and stable lubrication solutions.
